 Сьогодні діти України через війну, розпочату діючим президентом РФ, вимушені переховуватися у підвалах або, залишаючи рідну домівку, поневірятися по світах, ставати сиротами через загибель батьків.

    Під обстрілами вони позбавлені того, що гарантує їм Конвенція ООН про права дитини: вони позбавлені права на життя (стаття № 6), права на недоторканність житла (стаття № 16), права на користування послугами системи охорони здоров'я (стаття № 24), права на рівень життя, необхідний для їхнього фізичного, розумового, духовного, морального і соціального розвитку (стаття № 27), права на освіту (стаття № 28), права на відпочинок і дозвілля (стаття № 31).

Росія злочинно проігнорувала статтю № 38 Конвенції ООН про права дитини, у якій говориться наступне: «Держави-учасниці зобов'язані поважати норми міжнародного гуманітарного права, що застосовуються до них у випадку збройних конфліктів і мають відношення до дітей, та забезпечувати їх додержання». Загарбник обстрілює наші школи ракетами, скидає на них бомби, як результат – учні позбавлені можливості вернутися за свої парти, до своїх вчителів.

Загарбник злочинно проігнорував і Вашу, п. Кетрін, особисту заяву, опубліковану 24 лютого 2022 року із закликом «утриматися від атак на основні об’єкти інфраструктури, від яких залежать діти, зокрема системи водопостачання та водовідведення, медичні установи та школи».

ОЗ « Мостиський ЗЗСО №1 І-ІІІ ступенів Мостиської міської ради Лвівської області»( директор Сидорак М.М.) закликаємо:

· відкрито засудити злочини російських окупантів проти дітей України;

· повідомити світову спільноту про злочини російських окупантів проти дітей України;

· подати позови до міжнародних судів про порушення з боку Росії прав дітей України.

Адже стаття № 4 Конвенції ООН про права дитини чітко визначає наступні за злочином дії: «Держави-учасниці вживають всіх необхідних законодавчих, адміністративних та інших заходів для здійснення прав, визнаних у цій Конвенції».

На своїх уроках ми розповідали учням про ключові людські цінності, про те, що міжнародна спільнота, яку представляє ЮНІСЕФ, завжди стоїть на захисті прав дитини.

#NATO_CLOSE_THE_SKY Because of the war started by Russia all children of Ukraine today are forced to hide in basements or leave their homes to wander the world. A lot of them became orphans due to the death of their parents. But the most tragic is that 71 children have already been killed!!! More than 100 children were injured!!! How many more have to die...? Under the fire, they are deprived of the rights of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. 1) Every child has the inherent right to life (Article №6). 2) The child has the right to protection of the law against such interference or attacks (Article №16). 3) The right to use health care services (Article №24). 4) The right to a standart of living adequate for the child's physical, mental, spiritual, moral and social development (Article №27). 5) The right to education (Article №28). 6) The right to rest and leisure (Article №31). Russia cruelly ignored the Article 38 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child which states "State Parties undertake the respect and the ensure respect for rules of international humanitarian law applicable to them in armed conflicts which are relevant to the child". The invaders are shelling our schools and drops bombs on them. As a result students are deprived of the opportunity to return to their schools and teachers. Also, the aggressor criminally ignored your personal statement, Mrs. Catherinne, which was published on February 24,2022 calling for "refraining from attacks on the main infrastructure on which children depend including water supply and sewerage systems, medical facilities and schools". All teachers from Mostyska secondary school №1, Lviv region (headmaster Sydorak M.M.) demand to judge the crimes of the Russian occupiers against the children of Ukraine; to inform the world community about the crimes of the Russian occupiers against the children of Ukraine; file lawsuits to the international courts for Russian violation of Ukrainian children's rights. Whereas Article №4 of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child clearly defines the following offences "State Parties shall undertake all appropriate legislative, administrative and other measures for the implementation of the rights recognized in the present Convention". We demand your support! During the learning process we usually told students about the main human values. They know that the international community which is represented by UNICEF is always commited to protect the rights of the child. What we tell them in the future is up to you!
